I'll be getting back to UCS/PP soon, honest. But it occurred to me today, while I was balancing a pot of soup on my knee because I lacked a clean bowl, and again when I went to go have a slice of bread with some peanut butter and discovered a lack of clean knives, that perhaps I should wash a few dishes first. So I'm going to go do that now. And make some brownies. Brownies! In the meantime, I figured out what to do with my sidebar, at least for now.

American Gods has made me reconsider the role of Odin in my own, vastly less ambitious (not to mention vastly less complete) Norse-pantheon-in-modern-world story. He was associated with human sacrifice, after all.
